- Okra (bhindi)
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Green chilies
- Cumin seeds
- Turmeric
- Red chili powder
- Coriander powder
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions
Slice okra and sauté in oil until no longer slimy. In another pan, sauté onions, tomatoes, and spices. Add the cooked okra and mix well. Cook briefly and serve with chapati.
